Rental fee includes use of lounge area, patio, & front entrance. Lounge area has 16ft bar along back wall for standing. Four 6ft tables can be set up in the lounge area or 6 cocktail tables for standing. Patio seats 15 with space to put 2 more 6ft tables. Front outside area can be set up for ticketing or entry sign in.
